The 8th Annual Danny Noonan Invitational was a tremendous success, with the most closely contested Noonan Cup in the eight year history of the event. The championship went down to the very last match on Saturday afternoon, with Team Smails edging Team Spackler by a score of 17 to 16 1/2.

A special congratulations to Greg Swedenborg, Kris Londahl, and Noonan Rookie Bill Volm who ended up with the best match records at this year's Noonan (each 4-1). 1st Annual Noonan Bowling Tournament
The first Annual Noonan Bowling Tournament was held on Thursday night. We were playing for Pride and Noonan Cup points (in that order). High team score for the two games went to Little Swede/Joe Fricke/Kurt Blankenburg/Ryan Hadley with a two game total score of 1189, narrowly edging another Spackler team (Wagner/Bailey/Reese/Kickhaefer) but a mere FIVE pins.
In the Senior division, a specialy congratulations to Ron Maspero, who had the high game among the seniors with a 147 in game two. Individual high game honors went to Joe Fricke, with 194 in his second game and a two game total of 376.
