2024 Danny Noonan Invitational

The 24th Annual Danny Noonan Invitational was contested in Mesquite, NV the week of October 9th-13th.

This year's Captains had a wide range of Noonan experience. On one side, we have Mark Smith and Bill Fricke, who combined have 30 YEARS of Noonan expertise. While on the other side, we have Brent Olson and Tim Fricke who have 1/3 of that experience as they each have attended 5 Noonans. Pictures of our beloved four Captains are below. They provided unparalleled Captain gifts, including golf balls with the competitor's face on them along with bucket hats and champion t-shirts....and even a masseues between rounds (Brent/Tim). However, Bill & Smitty ponied up for a Captain's parlay $600 (unfortunately didn't pay off) and logo'd trunk organizers for all of their team members! 

The 2024 Noonan Cup was a battle the entire weekend, as Team Brent/Tim opened up a big lead after the first 3 days of play to build up a 9 to 6.5 point lead, only to have Team Smitty/Bill storm back on the last day of singles. In the end, Team Brent/Tim held on to achieve a 14 to 13.5 point victory!
